- Make small balls out of the dough and fry them in oil/ghee until dark brown.
- Prepare sugar syrup by cooking water and sugar until thickens a bit.
- Let the fried jamun balls cool for a minute and then add to the syrup. Do not put it in the syrup immediately after frying..
- Let the jaunns sit in sugar syrup overnight. Then take it out and roll it in the shredded coconut.
